Manage the schedule of all magazines, Interact with the marketing, Sales, Press team for Advt, sampling, ad size etc. Do pagination for all magazines and ensure provide best position for the clients according to their requirements. Coordinate with ad sales, market & editorial for the material movement to press. To ensure all the sampling, dust jacket, PO, Ad/Edit materials reach to press in time. Provide mechanical specifications for normal and special ad options to sales guy / Agency. Send all sections to press with proper machine planning. Make sure all materials should be reach in press according to their deadline. Checking of print job, folding, binding, gutter margin, special innovation with die cut, foiling, proofing etc.
