  - Designed and implemented a user-friendly application using Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft SharePoint, enabling real-time access to parking spot availability for all employees, resulting in heightened employee satisfaction. - Developed a Statistical Forecast Model using Python to precisely predict future capital expenditures for each department within PECO, supporting the achievement of employee incentive plans as well as upholding PECO’s reputation with the Public Utility commission, regulators, and investors. - Presented impactful and persuasive content to senior leadership, effectively conveying key messages and driving inclusive initiatives. - Awarded with Peoples Choice award for Co-Op Presentation day amongst a competitive pool of 40 other peers- Collaborated with a team of engineers in spearheading initiatives aimed at reducing carbon emissions and advancing towards sustainable energy sources at PECO's Smart Energy Campuses, contributing to a greener and more sustainable future.- Other various essential tasks included UX/UI designs, and cross-departmental communications, gaining valuable insights and experience across the Utility, Gas, and Electric industry sectors.
