• Responsible for procurement of fasteners & sheet metal commodity such as Bolt, Flanges & Nut, Fuel tank Bottom & L/R, Carrier, Swing Arm etc.• Responsible for procurement of regular production consumables also PR based procurement of machine maintenance spares, General admin consumables.• Responsible for monitoring shortage of critical parts & the local parts In-warding from warehousing based on shortages and feeding the parts to assembly lines.• Handling Procurement activity including material forecasting as per monthly production plan, cross functional planning & scheduling of production consumables. Sending RFQ arranging quotation,Negotiation, Procurement of maintenance Spares, Logistics tracking, Monitoring stock levels & timely payment to supplier through finance department.• Finalizing annual scheduling agreements (Rate Contract) of regular consumables. Reviewing timely share of business.• Daily generating report for PR/PO status· Ensuring zero vehicle production loss with fulfilling production targets and achieving targets.• Decision regarding mode of transport as per urgency of material at plant for production.• Ensure availability of products to meet production schedule demands while ensuring proper freight allocation and minimizing expedited shipments.• Expertise in SAP- MM module as an end user, Working on day-to-day basis on SAP.• Timely follow up with supplier and co-ordination with buyers for delivery of materials.• Conduct material excess and obsolescence analysis and disposition of the materials accordingly.• Timely update / alarming to concern department regarding shortfall of the quantity.• Managing & Controlling the Material Management & Operation.• Local 3PL Management, Inventory management.• Automation & Digitization Project to Improve Truck Turn Around Time (TAT).• Effective & Efficient working approach to achieve Zero Production Loss• Implementing engineering changes with zero non-moving generation.

A. Procurement Planning, Coordination & Execution of Tooling parts.• Items & services procured: Safety equipment, Contract preparation and signing for AMC.• PRTL & MNSP Parts Handling & its procurement• Preparation of Procurement Schedule after consulting internal stakeholders and communicating the same to suppliers.• Work closely with suppliers to ensure delivery of material as per timelines defined in the procurement schedule.• To ensure GRN preparation, for timely payment of suppliers.B. Inventory Planning• Inventory Optimization by efficient material planning, and consumption pattern.• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing regulatory and compliance data and trends• Material Consumption analysis Inventory management and stock checking on regular intervals.• Material reconciliation as per stock available.C. SCM Efficiency, Business Intelligence & ISO Compliance• Data Analysis for Raw materials consumptions.• MIS Reporting for the Commercial Function.
