Employed as full-time Graduate TA for laboratory courses for undergraduate level chemistry.Courses taught: General chemistry: structure and chemical bonding; and General chemistry: phase equilibria.My roles are to teach laboratory experiments, evaluate lab worksheets, invigilate and grade mid-term and finals for the courses mentioned above. Also served as tutorial TA where I have to revise the concepts from lectures and fulfil learning objectives by helping students solve the worksheets, evaluate and grade the worksheets, invigilate and grade mid-term and finals.

Currently studying thesis-based masters degree from the department of chemistry, specialized in electrochemistry.Title of my research work: "Investigating the electrical properties of perovskite-type oxides".Materials developed: transition metal-doped double perovskite oxides and simple perovskite oxides.

Carried out short project work on developing microfluidic paper-based analytical devices (mPADs) for sensing active materials applied for waste-water treatment and in removal of toxic congo-red dyes in waste water released from textile industries. Roles assigned to me were to successfully coin the prototype for a paper-based device using cost-effective lab-scale materials. During the tenure, I completed a succesful review article on mPADs- their synthesies, properties and applications.

Carried out Master's project at ARCI-Centre for fuel cell technology on the development of non-noble electrocatalysts for proton-exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC).My role was to synthesize and carry out structural characterization for the developed materials and test their catalytic activity. Materials synthesized were: Zeolitic imidazolate frameworks (ZIFs) and metal-supported functionalized carbon.

I worked on development of noble-metal catalysts for hydrogen mitigation in nuclear power plants.Roles and responsibilities were to synthesize and test hydrogen mitigation in lab-scale.Materials synthesized: Pt-Pd metal-supported alumina plates.
