Eventually, the company grew and started business in Maharashtra in 2016.Realgold Infra made a strategic move to clear up any brand confusion in the market with its sister company, realgold properties, by changing its name to realgold infra in late 2018. Jaagirdaar was formed through the merger of two well-established real estate service companies: realgold properties and realgold infra. Founded in 2012, landmark property advisors provided property management and brokerage services for residential and commercial assets. In addition, landmark provided facility services both within their portfolio and to standalone facility services clients.The merged company selected the name "Jaagirdaar" to reflect and retain the strengths, reputation, and legacies of realgold. Today, Jaagirdaar manages over 20,000 commercial property records, over 30 million square feet of commercial property, and brokers over 100+ commercial lease and sale transactions a year.
