Current• Advise in structuring and planning of manufacturing projects, right from product portfolio selection, location selection and competitor mapping, to capex sizing, funding options and returns on investment.• Provide pre-investment advisory services (like feasibility studies, DPRs, TEV studies, market studies, project appraisals, proposals etc.) to evaluate the market, technical and economic aspects of projects for an investment decision. • Support in arranging debt and equity funding.• Advise in securing state and central governments’ fiscal benefits for projects.• Provide consulting support during project implementation – selecting the right implementing agencies, guiding on government approvals and clearances, providing timely updates on project progress, foreseeing risks and providing mitigating measures to ensure zero time/ cost over-runs.
