❈ Responsible for Calculation and Design of various material handling equipment.❈ Such as EOT cranes, Monorail, Gantry Cranes, Electric Hoists, Winch, Trolley etc. as per Standard.❈ Designing cranes for various Applications, such as Heavy Engineering, Steel Mill, waste water treatment plants, General Manufacturing, Automobile, Shipyard etc.❈ Developing design calculation tools for making design process easy and effective.❈ Preparing technical specification, Approval Drawings, General Arrangement & Manufacturing Drawings as per specifications laid down by the customer.❈ Working on continuous improvement of design process and tools as per IS standard.❈ Maintain a design library for future reference purposes.

❈ Execute Production operations in coordination with the other functions; lead the team of 24 members.❈ Followed standard operating procedures, manuals and work instructions for production operations.❈ Reduced rejection level and rework through continuous up-gradation of work methodology.❈ Planned and effected preventive maintenance schedules of various equipment to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.❈ Carried out the process of internal auditing; monitoring / coordinating activities as appropriate & prepared internal reports for management records.❈ Communication with the customer for resolving their problems/complaints.
