Having spent more than 20 years in the industry in association with some leading multinationals, I have gained rich experience in formulating different cleaning and hygiene products for FMCG and industrial consumers. I work with brilliant scientists in my team on several categories like personal care, laundry detergents, kitchen cleaners, floor & surface cleaners, etc. I implement my experience and skills of Project Management, Design for Six Sigma, Performance validation & Claim generation needed for taking the product from Concept to Launch and also coach the fellow scientists I work with. We also work on scientific research projects to contribute to the scientific equity and reveal new insights in the area of cleaning and sanitation that can be used to develop new products having great potential to improve the health of communities and individuals. We have developed patented products that are serving industry efficiently and sustainably.
