He holds MBA with Gold Medal and Ph.D. in Management. He also did L.L.B., Post Graduate Diploma in Research Methodology, Post Graduate in HRM and Business Analytics from IIT-Kharagpur. Dr. Vanpariya started his career in the corporate world with HCL and moved on to academics with a particular focus on research for the last twelve years. He has authored of many books entitled "Business Research Methods," “Interdisciplinary Studies in Management,” “Contemporary Research in Higher Education,” “Human Resource Management” and “Service Quality Management,” all published by McGraw Hill Education, New Delhi and “Marketing Management” by Archers & Elevators Publication, Bangalore. Being academically inclined, he holds the credit for presenting 71 research papers at International and National Conferences and has published 37 research papers and articles in various reputed refereed National and International journals. He was awarded Best Doctoral Research Award by AIMS International, USA and Nirma University, Ahmadabad, India. He has been awarded Best Paper Awards in many of his Conferences. Dr. Vanpariya has been the resource person and recognized guide of Ph.D. and M.Phil. Course. His areas of interest include Service Marketing, Strategic HRM, Research Methodology, Quantitative Analysis, Cognitive Science, Neuromarketing and Behavioral Science. He has conducted many workshops, seminars and FDPs on Research Methodology, SPSS, AMOS and Quantitative analysis at GTU, EDI, BK School of Management, DHRD, etc. He is on the editorial boards of many prominent international journals.
