File of all sheet metal parts to cut on Plasma and Laser Machine• Design structural component using Solidworks Weldment Profile to create dust collector support frames by calculating all loads and stress with considering OSHA requirements.• Design/Drafting system and equipment for fabrication including layouts, piping drawings and bill of materials in AutoCAD or Solidworks Routing as per requirement.• Design and modify existing product as per work order• Analyze the product design by using SolidWorks Simulation/Simulation Xpress with enough load to maintain the age of the product• Analyze and test the product to get the all required performance• Identify, design and implement solution to resolve critical issues.• To assist design team leaders as required • Measure scheduled dimension of product
