Managed a team of recruiters and work closely with HR and business leaders to drive the firm's entry level recruiting agenda for the North America region. Also, played a key role in program managing key projects within HR verticals. Previously, I've handled the end to end Hiring Life Cycle Globally i.e. India, North America, UK, APAC.

Worked on a project to build the Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to improve the Recruitment life cycle and identify the bottlenecks to make the process more efficient and effective.

1. Talent Mapping- Searching for suitable candidates on various portals like LinkedIn, Indeed.com, etc. 2. Recruitment Assessment- Screening of the candidates by critically viewing their resumes, Calling and communicating for the interviews with the shortlisted candidates and assisting in the interview process. 3. HR Filing- Re-arranging the physical human resource file records.
