•Main duties in this role involve initiating and completing sales whilst offering an exceptionally high-level of customer service at all times and dealing with customer complaints and queries•As a Finance Administrator, I look at the weekly target and break it down for employees in terms of what sales they needed to make each day to achieve the weekly store target•Have helped introduce measures to reduce stock shrinkages amounting to £2000 a month via a zero cost strategy•Whist working full time over my summer holidays, greater responsibilities were given to me such as being a team leader where I lead and motivated a team of sales consultants in order to meet weekly and monthly targets•Responsible for back office administration- this included tasks such as banking of all takings, processing of orders/ sales, submission of sales and targets. This responsibility was handed to me when my branch was without a manger for three months.
