- As a Technical Support Specialist my responsibilities involved providing seamless technical support to customers via phone and e-mail- Providing day-to-day technical and network administration support to all employees in the office including software installation, user administration and setting up e-mail - Updating the company website with new products and information on a timely basis- Creating bug reports and troubleshooting problems with the company website- Responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of the office server- Trained colleagues to acquaint themselves with new software.
