As a Production Officer, I managed the production plant for UV-based inks and coatings. My responsibilities included overseeing the manufacturing process of UV inks and coatings, regularly updating stock levels, and planning production schedules. I ensured compliance with SOP and PPE regulations, managed documentation, and implemented the 5S process to streamline daily tasks. Additionally, I handled manpower management, provided daily reports to higher authorities, and coordinated with the QC, purchase, packaging, maintenance and housekeeping teams.
