Provide Training to Newly Joined Trainees/Interns/Employees on Revit Software for IMEG Standard Modeling cum designing.3. Being a Technology-Operations Member/Beta tester, creating and testing a new Revit Schedule, Families, and details which help to reduce repetitive work in modeling and designing. Principle Responcibilites:1. Work closely with the project team members on projects using BIM software to generate models and; prepare drawings, graphs, charts, overlays, and other drafting tasks.2. Preparing drawings and models as per the verbal instructions and field data given by the project team members. Verbal instructions mean the modeler will not have full information provided and must use the experience to supply the missing information correctly.3. Strong skill in preparing medium to advanced complexity drawings and models using BIM software.4. Coordinating Models of Low Voltage Electrical discipline with other disciplines.5. Coordinate/line up work between floor levels and other regions on plans.6. Create Audio Visuals room layouts for Medium to Complex level of Projects7. Create an Audio Visual Riser/Flow Diagram for the AV System.8. Research websites and catalogs for cut sheets of equipment.9. Create necessary Revit families using the Cutsheet of Equipment/device. 10. Checking the quality of your colleague's work as and when required.11. Assisting and guiding colleagues on project requirements/understanding12. Formally mentoring/training New joiners in India and the US.13. Help different teams in case of less or no workload.14. Telecommunication Outlets' Layout, Credential Readers' Layout, Video Surveillance (CCTV) Cameras' Layout, Intercom system device Layout, Nurse Call System devices' Layout, Audio video device Layout, Paging system devices' Layouts. d. Coversheet Layout - Symbol List, View keys, Abbreviations' Keys, Reference schedules, Matrix of Responsibilities, General Notes, Installation Notes, Plant Notes, Demolition Notes.3. to be great at Performing the tasks given effectively and efficiently within the stipulated period.4. Ensures that the drawings produced are of quality acceptable to the company (QAQC).5.
