Handling Mumbai - west zone to generate business for Business Banking Group (SME clients)Dealing in various working capital, trade and treasury related products and coordinating with risk and legal team for approval and disbursement. Deepen the share of wallet for acquired portfolio.

Part of Corporate Credit Risk Team supporting Hong Kong and China portfolio. Responsible for preparing Screening Memorandums, Credit Approval Memorandums and Interim Monitoring Documents for Portfolio Companies as well as new Companies. Identify material changes for the period under review, change in risk ratings and adherence to covenants.Responsible for the accuracy of internal risk rating and tracking of portfolio with the objectives of improving credit quality and relationship profitability.

Working on origination as well as execution of various fund based/non-fund based working capital loan, term loan and project loan requirement of large/medium corporate clients. Working simultaneously with client, internal risk and legal team. Maintaining the existing portfolio of clients.
