Job Description:- Lead & Manage the Large Program of Transaction Banking Transformation, at Enterprise level.- Lead Process Efficiency & Customer Experience for adopting online banking, new branch account openings, digital implementations & after sales client services.Job Responsibilities:- Building & Implementation of new systems and processes, for Transaction Banking Program & Track implementation of New Transaction Banking products in key markets.- Detailed step by step time management of the GTB Transformation Program.- Managing Large Scale Complex Projects with key focus on meeting project requirements, timelines & budget. - Rolling out new products & solutions, to enhance overall offering & customer experience.- Driving Digital Strategy- Re-engineering Account Opening & Customer On-boarding Process. - Tracking end-to-end process KPI’s at various customer segment levels. - Acting as an alternative salesforce to generate new / additional business.
