Review and approve vendor documents for incorporate into design and coordination with EPC.➢ Participate in Hazop /SIL review meetings. Implement safety designs as per Hazop/SIL report, preparation safety requirement specifications.➢ GCPTCL has brown level project for all control system. We are replaced all Rockewell PLC to Yokogawa (centum VP) DCS/ESD system. Replaced four thousand I/O in systematic planning without any production loss.➢ GCPTCL have Jetty. We are also Replaced Jetty PLC. Jetty PLC at least 20 Year’s Old with New SVT PLC. On Jetty we have loading arm facility for loading unloading Chemicals.➢ On Jetty we have breathing aid system for Vessel cast off and mooring winch’s for vessel safely controls.

➢ Responsible for implementing and maintaining, IMS standard (OHSAS180001 ISO 9001 and 14001 documentation.➢ Preparing and monitoring preventive maintenance plan in consultation with production In-Charge / Executive on monthly basis.➢ Generating and preparing reports on effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions implemented on monthly basis.➢ Handling the Instrument Department in the areas of following:➢ Commissioning and erection of new instruments in plant as per modifications.➢ Attending PLC Allen Bradley control logic 5000 operating system and RS View 32 related problems and carrying out modifications in RS Logix – Ladder Diagrams and RS View32 – SCADA program as per process requirement.➢ Accountable for ensuring selection, control, maintenance and calibration of Master Calibrating and Measuring Instruments.➢ In FMC cheminova working continuous automation based DCS plant attending Yokogawa DCS centex1000 and Emerson DELTA V.➢ Carrying out routine plant maintenance jobs related with instrumentation and project related activities for new plant expansion as per P & I Diagram.➢ I have experience of brown field project for removing old control system and installed new yokogawa DCS CENTUN VP and Prosafe RS with cyber security and Web server.➢ Prepare control Philosophy of control system and I/O list of Old plant with help of Consultants.➢ I have experience of F&G System RTP 500 and Installation of gas detector and Flame detector, optimization smoke detector and UV’s and IR Gas detectors.

Boiler ash vibration monitoring system for spark filer. Auto filling for briquette conveyer system with hopper weighing system.Various types of Valves – flow serve control valve, Metso actuator, Pentair actuator. Rotex, Procon, Fisher Xomox, Samsung, and Emerson special design SDV for 20” to 30 line size valve for cryogenic operation.Variable frequency drives of Allen Bradley power flex70and40th 1336, Delata,GE, ABB.weighing system: load cell mounting in Reactor in stirrer application and hazardous material storage tank in plant.
