 Make production plan for supervisor and gave commitment to PPC & HOD’s. Responsible for daily & monthly analysis of Production Plan v\s Actual. Manpower Handling, Prepare Shift Schedule, Overtime data, MPR, Skill matrix, etc. Responsible for all project work of department related to Production, Quality, Cost.  SAP Work, Material Conformation, Routing, BOM, Purchase Requisition, Stock consumption, PM notification Etc.  Responsible for prepare department monthly & annual KPI(PQCDSM) data and Annual review presentation . Responsible for OEE Data Entry, Production Report Analysis, and Loss monitoring, Loss & Cycle time Reduction Activities. Responsible for maintain stock of Tooling & Consumable Material & Tooling Cost Reduction Activities.  Gave Training to manpower about TPM, 5’S, JH, Kai-Zen, Safety, Quality etc. Participate in 34th CII kaizen Competition. Active member of KK pillar committee.
