∗ Responsible for designing pressure vessels as per codes, standards and procedures.∗ Preparing, checking, reviewing and revising the drawings and Design calculations / Specifications before submitting to client for approval.∗ Managing clarifications and queries related to the Work Order.∗ Maintaining all the design documents.* Participate in Mechnical assembly and Parts Production in workshop.∗ Making 3d model in Catia V5 and Solidworks* Performing Structural Analysis using Ansys software. *Enrolled as per contract basis through M/S BHAKTI MANAGEMANT SERVICES PVT .LTD

Ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications by specifying direct modification of products.-Making primary layout in accordance with electronics and mechanical feasible.-First stage 3D model preparation on cad software like UG NX-9.0-10.0, Solidworks, CREO, Autodesk Inventor etc..-Construct FEA models-Created and maintained 3D parts, assembly models, CAD drawing and saved to PDM-PLM tools, design review, rework drawing, BOM and interface manufacturing shop floor to resolve design issues.- Organized periodic design reviews for new product development with a global R&D team and factory to ensure design for manufacturability through various tests and analysis.-Conducted Finite Element analysis to predict the failure of components and assemblies under extreme loading conditions.- Execute Structural , Linear , non-linear , Modal analysis-Efficiently designed product sections with BOM, GD&T and machining symbols-From finalized 3D-Model making manufacturing drawing for fabrication.-Drafted performance requirements for engineering projects and product development.-Clarification of drawings and periodically observation in workshop.-Assisted to quality, machining team to solve issue raised during manufacturing, assembly.-All above activities carried out for the Project GSAT-7A, GISAT,HSU,QON.-Enrolled as per contract basis through M/S Ambimat Electronics.
