• Heading Mine Operation • Coordinating with Logistic operation • Ensure mine operation and maintenance activities in accordance with Opex/Capex for the department's efficient operation.• Ensuring mining development and excavation activities are conducted safely and environmentally responsibly, in compliance with all internal and external regulations and requirements.• Driving mine planning, mine scheduling, and optimization• Planning, executing, and monitoring mineral exploration.• Monitoring and controlling costs in the quarry to meet budgetary goals.• Reviewing with the crew, ensuring execution of the jobs or tasks as defined and the operating parameters/guidelines are correctly followed.• Evaluating possible causes of breakdown, determining the urgency of corrective actions and call-in repair crew as appropriate and assisting in major equipment shutdowns, compiling operating data, and taking of physical inventories• Planning, Budget evaluation to ensure dispatch with optimized cost.• Functioning as a safety leader in the quarry by demonstrating a personal commitment to working safely, in compliance with all internal and external requirements, ensuring that the operation continues to eliminate work-related risks by increased use of hazard recognition techniques.

• Working as statutory capacity of Manager Mine • Responsible for total mining activity, monthly report preparation, work shop management, cost effectiveness, mines safety• Liaison with various Govt. agencies like IBM, DGMS, State Mining, Explosives Department etc. • Preparation of Revenue Budget & Capital requirement.• Supporting operation & maintenance activity for smooth functioning of department.• Mines Planning, Co-ordination & Management of Mine.• Monitoring of cost as per Budget.• Development of sub-ordinates, to take future challenge. • Responsible for all the statutory duties as specified in mines Act, Rule, Regulation & by laws.• Responsible for supply of required quality & quantity of limestone as desired by plant & co- ordination with various department & communication with head Office.• Blasting operation by EBS • Optimization of Explosive and Blast Design• Improving productivity of existing operation• Optimization of drilling productivity• Cost Parameters• Planning, Supervision of excavation activities. • Open Pit Design, Production, Scheduling & Management• Developing Production efficiency & Quality improvement action plans.• Meeting out required raw mix qualities with proper planning.• Responsible to look after the quality control of limestone as required by the quality control department.• Strong background in drilling, blasting, controlled blasting techniques, planning & designing of the pit.• Responsible for production, Safety as well as quality control. The company is having captive Limestone mine of capacity6.31 MTPA and daily raw materials production is about 26,000 MT

Responsible for liaisoning /Co-ordination with State /Central Govt. Department for obtaining all clearance for smooth execution of mining activities.

•Experience of prospecting and evaluation of limestone deposit ,Clay and Laterite deposit .(from the stage of prospecting lease to mining lease) •Planning, product identification and scheduling Heavy earth moving Machineries•Responsible for liaisoning /Co-ordination with State /Central Govt. Department for obtaining all clearance for smooth execution of mining activities.•Responsible for reporting of total mining activity (daily raw materials production of 20,000 MT, Mining by Surface-miner and loader dumper combination),Shift co-ordination, monthly report preparation, Govt. Returns & notices, work shop management, quality control in mines, cost effectiveness, mines safety.

•Independently work as shift in-charge of Mechanised Limestone Mine. •The company is having captive Limestone mine of capacity 4.2 MTPA and additive mines (Silica sand, Pozzolona clay & Laterite) of combine capacity 0.8 MTPA. Total daily raw materials production is 17,000 MT.•Independently work as shift in-charge of Mechanised Limestone Mine. Mining by surface miner, and Loader dumper combination.•Co-ordination with the other Department of plant in respect of quality and quantity of raw material •Responsible for reporting of total mining activity, monthly report preparation, work shop management, quality control in mines, cost effectiveness, mines safety.
