Planning and execute Scouting experiment, lab Process development.To conduct reaction from mg scale to kilograms scale and also process set up to process development up to plant scale up.Projects raw materials, standards procurement and stocks maintain as per priority and deadline.Preparation of work planning, shift schedule, monthly report, product dossier and process transfer documents.Improvement of product norms and suggesting vessel design and plant support activity.Development of alternate route/reagent for cost reduction and better safety.Awareness with interpretation of NMR, CMR, IR, MASS, spectrum, and knowledge of Column chromatography, HPLC & GC attentiveness. High pressure Autoclave reactor & other routine instrument.All documentation as per GLP guidelines and also implemented ICH guidelines
