CurrentCurrent Job Responsibility: Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, coaching, managing and developing chemist; planning, assigning and collaborating with new product development (feasibility, validation, piloting scale up). i.e. Set up new R & D lab and developed chemist (Fresher and present chemists).Own daily leadership of a segment of the team to meet established goals and Project metrics. Establish regular communications with the team, such as 1-1 meetings and team meetings with established agendas.Preparing of initial documents such as probable synthetic routes, paper costing, route matrix, literature summary data with the skills of literature Search (using online patents, journals, chemical abstract search and scifinder search) for new chemical entities. Development of alternate route/reagent for cost reduction and better safety.Having industrial experience in multi-step organic synthesis process development, conduct reaction from mg scale to kilograms scale and also process set up to process development up to plant scale up. Project scale up which include demonstration and technology transfer from lab scale to pilot scale then to the plant scale, plant engineering design with generating engineering data as per the technology teams requirement.Planning and execute Scouting experiments, lab Process development for new products with validation and effluent treatment data as per priority and deadline.Interact with ADL and share the information about new project and get planning. Improvement of product norms and suggesting vessel / equipment design and plant support activity.
