• Responsible for all costing activities (CO module) under SAP like maintaining purchase standards, maintaining Activity Rates, review of Product Cost Collector, analysis of Cost Object and their allocation on products.• Have been involved in developing, finalizing and monitoring costing part at plant level, developing Product Cost standards, preparing strategic budgets/estimating manufacturing variances considering production plan, manpower costs, utility & other administrative costs etc• Estimating product cost for new formulation for cost comparison with existing one• Act as a Green belt partner at plant to validate saving derived from Green belt & Yellow belt project.• As a CI Lead responsible to drive opex initiatives for all support function at plant

• Ensure timely execution of month-end activities like Provisioning, Cost Run, CWIP Settlement, Process Order settlement, Depreciation Run, GRIR closing, Inventory Reco and close SAP period • Prepare Monthly MIS & Monthly Financial and various Reports to support the Management needs and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines • Provide all budget holders with up-to-date information in relation to their budgets • Prepare Flash report (P&L) and provide commentaries and business insights on variance under different scenarios and time periods• Reporting and uploading the KPI numbers on Host Analytics & SharePoint for reporting at Global level• Tracking of Monthly Budget vs. Actual Expenses. • Got the exposure of working under Green Field • Hands on Experience of controlling on over capitalization process of fixed assets in SAP startingfrom Project order creation till Fixed assets creation, Scrapping & removal from books. • Maintain schedule of CWIP, fixed assets register, sales/discard of fixed asset. • Responsible for Project Accounting, Capital Budget Tracking & Capitalization of Assets• Creation of WBS No. against the Capital Purchase after ensuring all approval process and company’spolicy including budgetary impact. • Tracking of the capital expenditure against budgets and time to time reporting to Management• Settlement of WBS & transferring to WIP account• Maintaining settlement rule before capitalization of assets• Taking care of Merging/splitting/allocation to different cost center/loading to existing assets etcwhile maintaining settlement rule at the time of capitalization• Asset Tagging and physical verification of Fixed Assets
