ERP software of Microsoft Dynamics (AXAPTA), implementing various modules relating to Finance, AP, AR, Inventory, Warehouse, General Ledger, Supply Chain as per client requirements. Further providing after sale support to keep the ERP accounting software running efficiently.

The work profile was of managing Accounts Receivable of more then 200 clients spread across India, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia. It also involved preparing Age analysis reports, tower head sales report and other MIS reports reviewed by the management on weekly basis.

US Bankruptcy work involved analysing the loan agreements and liasing with Bank/Lawyer for restructuring the loan. Section 7 and 13 of bankruptcy act.

My work involved investigating the books and records of the company and preparing report on the conduct of directors to be sent to DBIS (UK). Further it involved interrogating the Directors, Accountant and lasing with the Lawers to conclude on the report.
