CurrentAs a SailPoint IAM Integration Specialist, I have extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of various out-of-the-box (OOTB) connectors, including Delimited, JDBC, AD, Logiplex, Oracle DB Direct, and Web Services. My expertise includes delivering end-to-end application integration and implementation, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems while addressing complex business requirements.I have played a key role in gathering client requirements and finalizing design documents for Active Directory (AD) group-based provisioning using the Logiplex connector. I successfully implemented AD group-based provisioning for specific applications, optimizing identity management and enhancing overall efficiency. Additionally, I was actively involved in the requirement gathering for the Oracle Database Direct connector and utilized custom plugins to streamline request submissions.My experience includes configuring provisioning forms for operations such as creating, updating, and enabling accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient identity lifecycle management. I have installed, integrated, and customized SailPoint software products for multiple clients, aligning the solutions with their unique business goals and improving functionality.In my role, I developed custom Java code, connectors, and interfaces to integrate IAM solutions with enterprise systems like ServiceNow, resulting in enhanced interoperability and system efficiency.
