Role: USER LOGIN MANAGEMENT AND DOCUMENTATIONAdministrator for managing user accounts in various applications such as adding new users and assigning them roles, editing the existing users and deleting the user.Provide support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.Respond quickly and effectively to requests received through mails and process the request first-in first-out based on priority.Preparing Audit reports and process flow of various applicationsProviding training to team members.
