- Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): looking after 200 websites, rolling out successful CRO tests across all markets and all brands, deploying new features / functionalities into markets CMS systems- Product testing: defining requirements / discussing these with the development team(s) / testing them thoroughly / composing documentation surrounding this for all markets to learn this product upgrade- Support market queries / requests and help customers use the CMS system successfully- Brand aware: recognising the branches of the business and their unique digital marketing strategies- Creation/maintenance of collaborative documents to keep all parties updated continually throughout any deployment projects- Training new starters worldwide on the CMS and in-house digital marketing regulations
