I co-lead STEM initiatives including science fairs, programming and robotics clubs. - I am a collaborative leader who creates safe spaces for sharing of ideas and essential conditions for innovation to thrive- one who firmly believes in the idea of shared decision making and capacity building: Built RTI leadership teams, Co-teaching teams and Student advisory groups to inform decision making. - I believe in the 'whole child' approach to education- social-emotional learning and well being, academic learning and inclusion to me, are critical to any learning environment.
