Assisting students in the System analysis and design course and helping them understand the basics of UML diagrams and use of ArgoUML. Assisting students in Software testing use of the automation testing tool Rational Robot.

Developed a POC for an existing system in Drools Rules Engine.

Worked on 3 different projects:•Conducted requirement analysis and designing of the workflows (using JBPM) to automate issuing of the life insurance policies.• Closely interacted with the clients to create Web services (using Core java, J2ee, Hibernate, WSDL, XSD) to move towardsSOA, eliminating the dependencies due to differences on the underlying technology.• Created dynamic web pages using JSF to retrieve and check if there are any pending request.• Explored and conducted trainings on a Business Process Management tool: Active-VOS which was highly appreciated as it willhelp consume services, develop workflows and improvise the business process.• Identified areas that can be automated and led development of tools using REXX which greatly reduced the testing set up process by 3 hours• Held meetings as a Defect Prevention Lead to discuss the defects encountered and find measures to prevent them in the future.• Created documents like Design Document, Release notes for requirement tracking, smooth release and future reference.

Specialized in Java along with basic revision of C, SQL, and HTMLSimulated a travel booking web portal using Oracle 10g as the database and Java, JSP, SQL, Web Services to develop the Model-View-Controller (MVC) model
