Cvent solutions optimize the entire event management value chain and have enabled clients around the world to manage hundreds of thousands of meetings and events.I'm responsible to develop my territory with the help of my interpersonal skills to increase the adoption of the tool and market penetration.• Market our tool to venue contacts and event industry professionals• Pro-actively contact the venues to educate them on the e-RFP tools• Site selection process through Cvent and industry best practices• Assist in developing new ways to increase product adoption levels by users and therefore, help to streamline the event planning process• Assist in determining the key decision maker who purchase the online marketing platforms or softwares• Serving as an initial point of contact with the product users and prospective customers and providing information to the prospects interested in product• Be proficient at lead identification and qualification• Analyze performance data and findings and provide advise to increase our clients Cvent knowledge and ensure optimal usage of their Cvent account• Generate reports and dashboards and provide analysis of performance data for accounts• Gathered client requirements and implement them in Cvent’s event management software• Documented all communication with the client in Cvent’s CRM software-SALESFORCE• Provide product information and demonstrate value to prospective customers, new corporate accounts and/or existing clients
