• Offered counseling services to the girl students from Grade KG 1 to 12 by establishing a relationship of trust.• Encouraged the students to talk about issues they feel they cannot normally share with others.• Actively listening their concerns • Help them to make decisions and choices regarding possible ways forward.• Involve the immediate family members to work upon the issue and thereby resolving it.• Organize training sessions on ”time management during exams” & “Stress”• Undertaken group as well as individual therapy on occasions as required;• Maintain records and used reporting tools.

Work in close connection with the donors; preparing project proposal for obtaining funds in order to provide the humanitarian services to the needy physically challenged persons.Organise community health programmes and health camps for the poor and the needy.Work collaboratively with patients and families of the physically challenged.Prepare the minutes of meeting of the board members.Prepare monthly and annual reports on the functioning of the organisation.
