I’m presently a curator, with nearly 2 years of experience in education management as teacher and HR Trainer. I have worked on integrating syllabus to most needed out of box approach in education. Had also got a platform to be a resource person in rural areas and worked towards disseminating knowledge of English language.Until recently, I have worked with teams in Wild life society and Dramatic Society in Forest Research Institute, Dehradun. In which the focus was mainly on extension, knowledge sharing and social issues (gender issues, civic responsibilities) respectively. Here I along with the team also focused on novel approach for sustainability of Wild life society by initiating a stall to sell handmade items related to wildlife.In my Graduation and Post Graduation I have done extensive work with respect to policies and sustainable development. Successes included creating an awareness on environment problems in the Hostel premise. Previous experience includes programme co-ordinating with GCSD, Bangalore and team building, educating in Schools.Colleagues know me as highly creative person who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the agenda comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the requirements and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can work well in a team, but I’m at my best even when task has to be engaged alone. Travelling has been a passion and I often find chance to collaborate travel with my work.I have an M.Sc in Environment Management from FRI, Dehradun and MA in Public Administration from IGNOU.
