My current position includes detailed study of a clientele business and analyzing the need for improvement potential in operational management systems and processes.PROJECT 1 – Moira Steels Indore Assisted the company in their project at Moira Steels (Indore). This project focused on increasing the company’s productivity through installation of systems and process at various stages. Developed and implemented techniques to facilitate reduction in lead time that helped increase the company’s through-put.PROJECT 2 – Moira Steels Indore Thorough diagnosis for cost cutting at Moira Steels majorly focusing in areas such as reduction in inventory level and reliable as well cost effective source for procurement of raw material Defined possible scope in level of reduction in the use of consumables. PROJECT 3 – RGWL Conducted a scoping study for efficient use of man power and their scope of reduction.PROJECT 4 – THE TINPLATE COMPANY OF INDIA (A TATA UNIT) In a four week project at TCIL we identified the major reasons for the downtime. In the due course of time we conducted studies to identify the weak areas where a more focused system could be installed.PROJECT 5 – TATA Metaliks DI-pipe Ltd. In 8 weeks project we conducting a diagnosis at TMDIPL aiming to improve their marketing and sales as well as reducing the dispatch lead time.PROJECT 6 – PG Foils Ltd. Map current processes & control systems.
