•Technically understand the recruitment needs of different clients •Assign those requirement to team members•Direct interaction and coordination with clients for requirements and interview schedule •Sourcing of profiles from internal database, references and job portals, etc •Conduct initial screening of resumes and candidates prior sending them to clients •Maintain and update the status of closed and open positions •Get feedback from clients and keep a track of candidates till joining •Ensure effective salary negotiations and closure •Prepare various MIS Reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
