Handling Commercial Finance for Modern Trade channel (PAN India) with a Topline of INR ~ 1,200 cr. Key responsibilities include:> Leading negotiations with customers in matters related to ToT margins, New customer onboarding, Payment & credit terms, ROI structure evaluation (wherever applicable), Ensuring key operational clauses in the contract.> DSO management - Regular review of AR to maintain DSO at best in class level.> Credit management - Regular review of credit risk & management of credit eligibility for customers : Taking key decisions on a day-to-day basis w.r.t credit extensions (by understanding business needs). > Spend management - Timely settlement of trade & marketing spends in Modern Trade channel : Review against AOP sanctioned budgets to identify under / over-spend : Analytics on trade & marketing spend to give business insights ; Drive performance against spends to ensure productivity : Accounting provisions and actualization with respect to spends in books of accounts on a monthly & quarterly basis.> Partnering with Business finance to prepare channel yearly budget & outlook for the forecast cycle and giving key insights. > Driving key focus projects to enhance channel profitability.> Driving automation agenda by partnering with IT team to automate dated processes with a view to simplify the same.> Streamline and build best in class Internal controls & commercial policies.
