Spare Parts Analyst•End to End data analysis for parts procurement and Buyback of excess Billing orders.•Manage excess orders of Accidental, VOR, and MSO to minimize excess/wrong supply orders. •Communicate to dealer for wrong order buy-back to maintain overall parts supply.•Manage dealer escalated issues/Tickets of system (SAP, ECC, and Query Management Portal).•All daily reporting to "Project manager and VP" includes excess order and channel partner orders, auto-order failure, and buyback orders Daily/monthly.•Communicate to regional team and dealer user, if required any project-related dealer concern.

•Implementation of Dealer Management System across all the Mahindra & Mahindra dealers•Training and Employee creation on Mahindra portal (Mahindra Mile) before go-live.•Post-go-live hands-on and support.•Responsible for smooth roll-out of Dealer Management System.•Network & Software support to the dealers on site.

•The Consultant for the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the client's business functionality and Overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction•Implementation of SAP DBM (SD, MM, and HR) & CRM.•Analysis of application bugs and report to business and development team.

•Consultant for the Dealer management system implementation and support of Sales/Service/Spare modules to enhance the client’s business functionality and Overall performance while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.•Data Migration prior to Go-live of application.•Provide support after Go-live.
