Served as a NGO Representative in 12 Member School Management Committee in Pratibha Vikas Balika Vidhalya, D Block, Seelampur, EDMC, Delhi. 1. In August 2016, Fair elections to select Parent representatives in the team were conducted. Roles and responsibilities of SMC was explained to all the parents through a mega PTM. Parents were asked to self nominate. Voting was conducted after a week after thorough study of nominated parent profile. I spearheaded this involving all school staff. 2. Attended by self enrolling myself for 5 days SMC workshop to gather my knowledge and understanding on working of SMCs. Following this I took another knowledge session with SMC members of my team. 3. Facilitated meetings across the year around different agenda points concerning issues in school, students well being and parents demands/ Concerns. 4. SMC members took two sessions with parents on Nutrition, after it was found a lot of girls have low HB and had struggle doing basic workout.

Served as a teacher, community aggregator and school transformer for 2 years in EDMC school in Seelampur, Delhi. Team TIJ Nominee – Being the only senior fellow in team, strengthened team culture and team excelled academically.  Organised Intra-school competition- ‘Project Utsah’  School Library- Through crowd funding bought Pratham levelled reading books and built library in school.

Mentored 60+ Fellows of 2016 Cohort during their TFI Induction Training, Summer Institute, in building their technical, professional and interpersonal skills1. Assisted Program manager in taking sessions and learning circles. 2. Built a plan to build strong culture and team habits among the fellows3. Served as a development and planning manager for this organization, which aims at providing quality training in technology and personality development to students of rural colleges.Prime responsibilities being: Operations – Ensure that the program gets implemented smoothly in 2 colleges assigned to me. Relations – Coordinate with colleges and ensure to set the structure of the program and regular follow-ups to maintain the relation and flow of the program.
