Basis exit feedback identifying problem areas and accordingly taking required actionResponsible for doing in depth attrition analysis in order to analyze biggest problem areas with respect to level, tenure, gender, team, high performer attrition etc • Employee Interact – Conducting & facilitating various interact sessions like:• Career Café –conversation forum that provides an understanding of expectations and addresses queries pertaining to career and opportunities available for people to grow within the organization• Interact sessions – conversation with employees tenured 0-3 months addressing their issues and queries• Guide the Guru simulation - developmental initiative for the counselor population which aims at providing a learning platform to them. Simulating real life counselor counselee situations• Induction sessions – conducting sessions on leave policy, diversity & inclusiveness and workplace & sexual harassment • Performance management –conducting end to end annual performance appraisal and MYR (mid-year reviews)Responsible for conducting PIP (performance improvement plan) for low performers and successfully closing it
