- Communicating with borrowers and lenders about loan status and processing applications.- Review mortgage applications and documentation to ensure federal laws and regulations compliance.

• Assures to meet client’s expectations and finishes all the tasks • Do quality assurance of home loan applications from Lending Officers and Third-party brokers• Assessment of documents such as identifications, income documents, and other supporting documents of clients• Ordering/ generating all types of VEDA reports, and AMLs and checking the details of those reports vs. in the system• Ordering Valuations, including follow-ups, queries, and escalations in Valex• Prepares Data Entry with upload for BABL loan applications• Prepares deposit bond forms, increase credit forms, and discharge authorities’ forms/ instructions which include sending emails to clients and lodging to the banks/ any financier• System update of rate reviews and customer information

• Handles On- going Evaluation and Approved Accounts under banks.• Coordinates and reconciles with bank for the approvals/ status of the accounts on a daily basis thru callouts and emails.• To secure approvals of accounts and schedules clients for loan signing• Maintains an updated and accurate monitoring of database of accounts. • Coordinates with other departments for concerns/documents needed for the accounts.• Do callouts to clients for the compliances/status/findings of their accounts and follow-ups thru emails.• Prepares weekly reports and performs other tasks as required by immediate superior.

• Handled accounts for bank financing• Analyze and review completeness of documents of each account• Assist walk in buyers/ agents and ensures that inquiries are well taken care of• Inform clients on their documentary deficiencies and status of their accounts thru phone calls and email• Delivers on time due accounts (buyer’s folder) with complete documents to the assigned bank• Monitors and follow up status/ approval of loan applications with the Account Officers of concerned banks• Prepares and updates weekly and monthly report
