Responsible for leading and positioning the Agriculture portfolio to support and drive programmatic expansion of Positive Youth Development.

I work in partnership with the Resource Development and Marketing teams to manage donor relationships through the creation and efficient delivery of holistic partnerships, inclusive of high-quality 4-H Positive Youth Development programming nationwide, with focus on agriscience. Combining donor stewardship and grant management, I provide high-level project management to stakeholders to ensure donor satisfaction and grantee success through effective project management, fiscal management, and excellent donor stewardship, providing ongoing donor support, retention, and renewal. My role anchors multiple, cross-functional internal and external teams.

Partner with VP of Customer Relations to create and implement a Council customer engagement strategy toward the 4-H movement brand to internal and external audiences. Function as a key partners within Customer Relations Team, collaborating with VP of CR, Marketing, Resource Development, Supply, Business Technology and external partners to advance the 4-H movement. Work to advance Council's efforts to build capacity among 4-H professionals and volunteers through online technologies and trainings.

Provided state leadership to local community members, partner organizations and extension faculty in developing and implementing GPS-GIS educational strategies and programs for Kansas youth. Increased youth workers' understanding of applications of GPS-GIS in experiential learning. Designed a support system for trained educators and youth to grow interests in teh application and use of geospatial technology.

Responsible for county4-H youth development educational program encompassing a variety of delivery methods. Used creative approaches to reach new audiences while balancing commitments of ongoing 4-H Youth Development programming. Recruited and managed 200 volunteer leaders, growing 30 new volunteers each year. Grants produced $296,000 for expanding programs to under served youth. Expanded training of 20 military youth service staff; grew the program by 200 new youth each year. Established first afterschool gardening program in state, which become nationally recognized. Initiated service learning and teen leadership training programs. Established high tech service learning GPS-GIS program.

Functioned as a member of the county extension team. Responsible for the coordination, organization, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs for youth and adults in Mercer County. Developed educational programs focused on life skills and leadership development of young people through projects, community services, and various educational activities.
