 Managed Special Assets Department with portfolio of $80,000,000 that included a variety of commercial and real estate credits.  Analyzed, developed solutions and negotiated resolutions to problem credits. Managed legal counsel on issues such as foreclosures, bankruptcy, receiverships, collateral repossessions, and other litigation matters. Managed special assets portfolio of $40,000,000. Prepared and underwrote complex requests for debt restructuring and settlement for senior management and regulatory review and approval.

 Managed commercial and agricultural loan portfolio of $20,000,000. Developed new business relationships through active calling, cross selling, and business development activities. Increased market penetration through sales of financial products such as cash management, leases, investment, and other ancillary products.

 Developed and managed $40,000,000 commercial loan and real estate loan portfolio in the North Central Washington market. Increased portfolio 500 percent from $6,000,000 to $40,000,000.

 Managed the development and retention of commercial and agricultural business relationships along with 12 lenders and relationship managers in north central Washington market.  Provided credit skill and product knowledge training in the field and in classroom settings. Recognized as the top producer in the State of Washington  Co-authored and implemented streamlined agricultural lending program for the Small Business Markets group. Program was subsequently integrated into small agricultural loan underwriting procedures.
