Responsible for:- overseeing all operations in the Food Security Component, - the development of COSPE Food Security Strategy for the implementation of Conservation and Sustainable Agriculture, - planning and coordinating project activities, - budgeting and controlling budget for project activities, - report writing, - participating and contributing to the setting up of vocational skills course on Sustainable Agriculture, - developing of training manual recommending crops to be grown by farmers based on soil analysis results, - train and organize trainings for community agriculture facilitators and conservation agriculture farmers. - development of project proposals.

Agriculture instructore responsible for: - developing learning material, - delivering learning content to students, - revision of learning material, - conducting practical lessons, - assessing and evaluating students academic progress, - planning and budgeting for the agriculture department, - supervising assistant instructor,- managing the Center’s enterprise farm and other projects including machinery and equipment under the agriculture department. - The learning content entailed the following: Soil and water conservation, Soil Science and soil management, Agric-maths, Farm Management, and Irrigation.
