As Bus Operations Specialist, I am the program manager for Bustang interregional express bus services, Pegasus shuttle van services, and Bustang Seasonal Services including Snowstang and Bustang to Estes. I perform contractor oversight and service planning duties, and I work to market the Bustang family of services to Colorado residents and visitors.

As Mobility Coordinator, I provided operational assistance to the Bustang family of services and supported expansions of CDOT's public transportation services. Additionally, I led transportation demand management (TDM) and active transportation projects for CDOT employees targeted at reducing vehicle miles travelled (VMT) and transportation emissions.

I served as an Election Judge with the Denver Elections Division for four election cycles, beginning with the March 2020 Presidential Primary. For both 2020 primaries I worked directly with voters at a polling center during the early phases of the COVID-19 pandemic. For the 2020 General Election and the 2021 Coordinated Election I was assigned to the Election Division's downtown headquarters, where I processed thousands of new or updated voter registrations, evaluated voter-led ballot petitions, and answered hundreds of voters' questions and concerns via phone, email, and SMS. In fall 2021 I played a significant role in the Adobe InDesign production of Denver's Municipal Ballot Information Booklet (AKA Denver's Blue Book), a 96-page bilingual document governed by multiple state and local laws and regulations and mailed to hundreds of thousands of Denver households. I worked on and tracked the status of the Booklet's dozens of different components, from receiving unformatted copy to final proofing before sending the document to the printer vendor.

As Account Manager with ICF, I managed and performed quality assurance and quality control for a new homes energy efficiency program processing thousands of homes per year on behalf of a major utility client. I analyzed information from a database of participating homes to develop program improvements and conducted on-site inspections to ensure the accuracy of submitted rebate applications. This information was then used by myself and others to produce reports detailing program performance for our client and our partner builders.I also led training and education efforts on behalf of our client. This involved planning and leading energy efficiency trainings for site construction managers and subcontractors, as well as writing monthly technical bulletins for builders, subcontractors, and third-party home energy raters.

While with Southern Energy Management, I inspected new homes for programs such as Energy Star and the National Green Building Standard. I worked with a wide range of builders, from custom builders completing fewer than ten homes a year to production builders completing hundreds of homes annually, to reduce the environmental impact of new home construction.I also led efforts to standardize and digitize data entry for technicians working in the field. This allowed SEM to go from a system where field technicians collected data with pen and paper and submitted reports on computers once back home to a system that utilized tablet computers for in-field data entry and report building.

At Advanced Energy, I helped manage the day-to-day operations of SystemVision, a whole-home sustainability program targeted at affordable housing in North Carolina. I inspected homes for adherence with various efficiency and home performance programs and I worked with builders to develop plans to correct issues with non-compliant homes. I served as a resource to developers and contractors aiming to build energy efficient and healthy homes. I also modeled residential energy usage and heating and cooling loads using industry-standard programs such as REM/Rate and Wrightsoft HVAC.

The Environmental Finance Center's mission is to enhance the ability of governments and other organizations to provide environmental programs and services in fair, effective and financially sustainable ways. To further this mission, I assisted with the completion of a water and wastewater rates survey for the state of Alabama. I used both Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel to compile and analyze data from rate sheets submitted by water and wastewater utilities, and I conducted extensive database quality assurance and quality control. I co-wrote a detailed final report and assisted with the creation of an online tool for utility managers and key stakeholders.
