Repositioned three of the largest and oldest assets owned by WR Schultz & Associates, Phoenix, AZ within 1 year for the purpose of expeditious Lease-up to provide a capital infusion to Mr. Schultz’s campaign against Barry Goldwater, that he subsequently lost, then sold two of the three properties I was responsible for.Mechanical Director for 18 ocean front luxury multi-family buildings on 6 sites that comprised approximately $100M in class action mold & mildew lawsuits, and the eventual implosion of one of the buildings in South Florida.

Beginningr as a maintenance helper at a 1, 400 room downtown Detroit, MI convention hotel and was a Chief Engineer of a suburban Detroit 390 room full service hotel with the same Company by the age of 22 years old. Returned to the 1,400 room hotel 2 years later as Chief Engineer and directed the complete $12.0 M restoration of this 1924 landmark in 6 months. Relocated to a suburban Chicago area Inn, and developed a full service Convention Center, 100 additional guest rooms, an interior Swimming, games, banquets, and entertainment area, a free standing 3200 Seat performing arts Theatre. The facility became the premiere regional Convention and weekend entertainment & getaway destination.
