 To control and co-ordinate the functions of the store as per company policies & rules. Handling all the operational activities of the store. Giving constant feedback to merchandisers about the slow moving lines. Making all the Sales reports at the end of the day Maintaining the petty cash expenses of the store. Assisting the store manager in training and motivating sales staff Reporting to the Store Manager, Regional Manager and Operational Manager. To keep a track of stock replenishment and inventory processes of the store. Visual merchandising of the store as per company norms Customer service, stock position, inventory records, sales etc. Ensuring daily, weekly, monthly reports & accounts reports are sent within time limits given. Responsible for till point operation. Achieving the sales target given. To plan for the review, conducting it and follow up on the review. Team co-ordination and management. Maintaining service standards as per company's policies and guidelines
