 Hands on working experience on transmission equipment like Huawei OSN, CIENA, NOKIA, ADVA, ECI, and Tejas. Handling Customers network complaints, aligning team for its resolution within SLA to improve Customer Experience and satisfaction for better business excellence. Tracking/Monitoring/Analyzing daily Network complaints Inflow and finding RCA for increase in the complaints. O&M, Troubleshooting, Alarm cleaning of Transport Network Elements and infra from field and from NMS. Fault troubleshooting at Customer end installed Huawei switches, Huawei MPLS TX MUXs like PTN970, PTN910, PTN905, TEJAS TJ1600, TJ1400, TJ1270, TJ100ME and ECI XDM100, XDM1k/2k transmission devices. Troubleshooting of internal ties (100G, STM64, STM16, STM4 & STM1) of transmission equipment like ECI MUX, TEJAS MUX, HUAWEI OSN, HUAWEI HODX, CIENA HODX & DWDM & SDH of CORE NLD, METRO DWDM Networks. Responsible for Spare card testing, fixing of network Tx devices bugs, Software upgradation of Tx device installed in CORE n/w as well at Customer end like ECI, ADVA, NOKIA, Tejas, Huawei & CIENA. Configuration of new MUX & Upgradation of existing operational cards in coordination with NOC and Vendors. Team Management, Customer Interaction, Knowledge sharing sessions, Internal/External Training deliveries, corporate event Management etc. Responsible for Repair & Returns of operational faulty card by tracking from operational fault to RMA generation to S4HANA FRN to dispatching to receiving of cards at concern vendor R&R Centre. Responsible for new NE Commissioning, AT (Acceptance Test), RFS (ready for Service), of Tx devices being integrated in CORE network as well as customer locations. Tools used – EXPO 10G/100G Ethernet Tester, SDH Analyzer, OTDR, Power meter & Cable Locator. Skills: Excel, Word, PPT (Power Point), S4HANA,Service NOW Agent,GAM,CBOSS, Onepluse,Optimus,TCL FSM, Spare Management, N/W Operation & Maintenance, Team Leadership, Optical Transport N/W (OTN),DWDM.
