I had responsibility for managing an international supply chain model to meet domestic demand, whilst maintaining stock at optimum levels throughout and working cross-functionally to ensure positive customer outcomes. I collaborated with and worked alongside an international supplier base and domestic partners with the goal of minimising commercial and quality impacts of fruit with a long lead time.
