Determine the overall global strategy of eConnect.• Maintain current contracts as well as develop new business in the region and assist with out of region customers.• Help customers and potential customers determine and define needs and find new ways to fit eConnect’s gaming focused data mining and analytic platform into their current infrastructure.• Provide top level technical support and liaise with engineering on development or priority issues.In this role I was responsible for end-to-end sales cycle of the largest sales in the companies history.

• Determine and execute business development strategy throughout the region focusing on existing markets such as gaming and government as well as developing new markets such as mining and manufacturing. • Help current and potential customers design efficient multicast video networks ranging from a few hundred nodes to several thousand nodes using a variety of WAN, LAN and Wireless technologies.• Continue to provide the highest level of technical support and liaise with Engineering on extremely technical or priority issues.• On the sales side closed several of the largest deals in Pelco/Schneider’s history.• Help current and potential customers design efficient multicast video networks ranging from a few hundred nodes to several thousand nodes using a variety of WAN, LAN and Wireless technologies.• Troubleshoot and aid in overall design at our highest priority customer sites regardless of what the problems were. Some of these customers included NYPD, NY World Trade Center, MGM Grand, Galaxy Macau, Solaire, Statue of Liberty and Singapore LTA.

This role is folded into my position with Schneider Electric when they acquired Pelco.In this role I led the design for systems and networking such as the World Trade Center, NYPD (New York) City Surveillance, WDCPD (Washington DC) City Surveillance, many government installations as well as many casinos globally.

• Designed and maintained all network systems which ranged from Gilet satellite transceivers to Cisco switches on the hardware side and ATM to fixed microwave on the technology side.• Implemented QoS for VoIP, video and data across the entire LAN and WAN infrastructure, this ensured proper priority for all applications ranging from our VoIP based PBX systems (Lucent) to our Oracle ERP applications.• Defined & implemented a corporate data security policy implementing systems ranging from content-based intrusion detection/prevention (IDS/IPS) systems to multi layered firewalls utilizing systems from Cisco, Juniper & ISS (now IBM).• Successfully led takeover teams after the buyout of other companies. Seamlessly rolled out new systems, converting or replacing old systems and networking devices. This also included integrating the remote sites into our corporate WAN from day of acquisition closing.

In charge of designing and developing the companies first e-commerce offering enabling SMEs to effectively do business on the Internet.While no longer full time with the company I have remained on as an advisor and have helped the company develop its ongoing strategy.
