I love partnering with leadership to establish myself and continuosly improve a good culture and employee experience. I have over 6 months of experience working as HR. Currently I'm working as All State HR Manager at Youth India Foundation, where managing the record of states and send it to Nationals, taking interviews, distributing tasks, managing team, attending meets are my main work.Previously, I was recruiting HR in DSF, where I had to take interviews of new joinee via telephonic calls, mantaining the sheets and give an orientation session to the new interns.When I'm not on the job, I love to read boks, to be more precise I love to read fiction as well non-fiction, boigraphies, sci-fi books, classics, fantasies.Till now the book POWER by (Robert Greene) and WHAT EVERY BODY IS SAYING by (Joe Navarro) are my favourite books. I also love to play chess and listen music.
