Worked as a senior member of the optimization engineering team operating within power-train remanufacturing organisation. The team is responsible for deriving multi-million dollar savings by leading highly complex manufacturing solutions generation and process improvements in a high mix low volume (HMLV) production environment. ○ Spearheaded and facilitated expert systems development for automating diagnostics capability, sequencing entities into remanufacturing process and predicting capacity matching for battery modules.
